I’m Cassie. I like D&D, dogs, and designing stuff for people to enjoy.
In a previous career, I was already building things to delight users. Those things just happened to be big, colorful animal costumes (insert human-centered design joke here). But I was missing the creative energy that only comes from working in passionate teams.
So, building on my web and graphic design experience, I joined the UX design program at Seattle’s School of Visual Concepts (SVC) and graduated in March 2020. At SVC I learned not only that UX and I are BFFs, but just how much bespoke costume design taught me about iteration, design process, and a user-first philosophy.

🌧 Living in the PNW: I was born and raised here, and I’m pretty sure I’m part moss. Put me in a misty coastal forest and I’m happy.
