Gates Foundation Discovery Center: Design Documentation

I’m a details person, so I love creating design documentation. It’s an interesting challenge in expressing information visually and descriptively, and it’s a great forcing function to tackle all the tiny interaction details that may have been glossed over (and I really love interaction details). In this case, because of time constraints there were a lot of details the team simply didn’t discuss. So whoever wrote the design doc got to decide how a menu expanded, or what an error state looked like. Hey, that’s me! (I take full responsibility.)
